Limiting the use of personal data for medical purposes, establishing collection techniques with bluetooth, guaranteeing respect for fundamental rights and collaboration between public health authorities and the EU: these are the Brussels recommendations to EU governments for the development of tracing for the pandemic.

Member States are called by April 15 to put a 'toolbox' black and white to align national apps that will serve to track the spread of contagion and guide strategies for the gradual exit from quarantine.
