“The number of citizens of this category currently registered in the lists of the Ministry of Communications of Russia is about 25.8 thousand people,” the statement on the agency’s website says.
The ministry emphasized that only Russians who left Russia after January 1, 2020 can apply for the relevant flights.
“All of them must be registered on the State Service portal ... Based on this information, lists of export flights are formed. Only citizens from the list of the Ministry of Communications can get on board, ”the department said.
