Since the call came out, a total of about 80 people have heard of Region Östergötland.

- There are about 80 private individuals who have heard and entered their information in our temporary bank. Of these, about 15 are nurses. So we have already seen the effect, says Zilla Jonsson, HR director at Region Östergötland.

Are you happy with the response?

- Yes, that is what we had hoped for, then we absolutely are. But no organizations have heard of it yet. But it's great fun, says Zilla Jonsson.

But despite the applications, the need for more manpower for healthcare in the region remains.

- Those who have heard of being in tea are nurses have other types of medical education or experience that they see that they can offer us, says Zilla Jonsson.
