The Tigers at the Bronx Zoo in New York, USA, tested positive for Corona19, the Associated Press reported.

The zoo is the first animal in the United States to be infected with Corona 19, and the tiger is the first to be confirmed worldwide, the zoo said.

The confirmed tiger is a four-year-old Malaysian tiger, and six other tigers, including lions and lions, appear to be sick, the zoo and the USDA explained.

These animals appear to have been transmitted from staff, the zoo said.

Earlier, the Bronx Zoo was closed on the 16th of last month, and the tiger was reported to have had symptoms of Corona19 on the 27th of the same month.

The zoo reports that all animals showing symptoms will recover, the Associated Press reported.

In Hong Kong, pet dogs were transmitted from humans to Corona 19 last month, and in Belgium there have been reports of confirmed cases of pet cats moving from their owners.
