Borrel said that during the negotiations the possibility of using military competence to exchange information between EU countries was discussed.
“For this, we can create an operational group within the framework of the EU foreign service under the leadership of military personnel. This will be done in full coordination with NATO and in addition to it, ”he said.
Borrel also stressed that the EU needs to fight together against the coronavirus.
