The Blekinge Museum is currently collecting stories from Blekingebor to document how the corona virus affects life in the county.

- We want to make contemporary documentation to capture this difficult and remarkable time, says Christoffer Sandahl.

"Gloomy and exciting reading"

The information is collected via a form on the museum's website and in just a few weeks over 200 responses have been received.

- We notice that people want to write off. It is both gloomy and exciting reading. Many are worried, especially for the local business community and for not being able to meet their elderly relatives, says Christoffer Sandahl.

How the material is to be compiled is not yet determined.

- We will continue to collect material until this is over. Of course, we will preserve the material in our archives and it will probably also be some form of publication or writing, says Christoffer Sandahl.
