"We sing and applaud for you", says the star of the round ball Kylian Mbappé, then supported by several team members and members of the management of the Blues. Sunday April 5, the French football team broadcast a video on social networks. A gesture of support - as well as a call to stay at home - towards the nursing staff for whom everyone recorded part of the video message.

"You are going to win, we are sure of it," continues Paul Pogba, while Olivier Giroud concludes: "You will bring victory against this virus home."

A donation to Paris hospitals

The French Football Federation (FFF), the Blues and the staff of Didier Deschamps have also decided to donate a large sum of money to the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) foundation to support the daily lives of caregivers and research, we learned earlier in the week from a source familiar with the matter.

The FFF is committed to offering healthcare staff a prize of 5,000 places for each of the Blues' next matches played in 2020 at the Stade de France.

A thousand additional places will also be made available for the next meeting of the French women's team in the provinces.
