Along with this, the department reported that the motives of the crime became known.

Earlier it was reported that in the Ryazan region in the village of Elatma, a man shot a company of five people. According to the investigation, the suspect made a remark to the young people from the balcony of his apartment, after which a verbal conflict ensued, resulting in shooting.
