Pedro Sánchez is already contemplating a "transition" phase in the fight against the coronavirus. Although it remains to be seen if Spain has managed to double the contagion curve, overcome the peak, in Moncloa a group of experts has already been formed that works on the measures and the plan to be undertaken is the second phase of the fight against Covid -19, the de-escalation. In this framework, the Prime Minister has asked the communities that before April 10 provide him with a list of public and private infrastructure that can be adapted to accommodate asymptomatic people who test positive in the rapid tests.

This was transmitted by Sánchez to the regional presidents in the new videoconference that he held this Sunday. The Prime Minister already warned this Saturday, at his appearance in Moncloa, that "for weeks the Government has been thinking about the medium term", a plan to apply for "de-escalation", when the contagion curve falls. In this framework, it is in which it has requested the regional presidents this list of public and private infrastructures with a view to that they can be conditioned to accommodate asymptomatic people who test positive in the rapid tests that are carried out and that the scientific consensus advises that they be isolated from their families.

The plan proposed by the Government involves using spaces such as hotels, conference centers, sports centers, hostels ... as accommodation for these people who test positive but do not have symptoms of the disease, in order to avoid that they can be a source of spread of the virus. The first thing that should be done, of course, is to condition these places to provide sufficient conditions of comfort, hygiene and food.
