Iraqi oil minister Samer Al-Gabban urged the United States to join forces when a cut-off agreement is signed between oil-producing countries.

A spokesman for the Iraqi Oil Ministry said Al-Gabban said the new cut agreement should also support major oil producing countries such as the United States, Canada and Norway outside OPEC +.

He said he had optimistically anticipated a new cut agreement after talking to the oil ministers of some oil producers in OPEC +.

Previously, OPEC + discussed the proposal to extend the cut-off period and end the cut-off period ending in March due to the Corona 19 crisis, but the agreement broke.

Saudi Arabia declared and produced 112.3 million barrels of oil per day, 27% more than oil production from April 1, when the cut deadline ended.

International oil prices plunged below $ 20 a barrel due to Saudi Arabia's massive production.
