Everything infuriated him, everything was wrong. The administration doesn’t work like that - that's all, ”he explained to RT.
He also said that the detainee had his own channel, where he shot various videos.
“There he wrote down such things: he measured radiation, walked around the village, said, behold, we are being poisoned,” the source said.
The local resident added that he knew all the dead.
“He was friends with two pretty close. The point is: the guys are not the cattle who get drunk. The guys are decent, they worked as a manager, who by whom. Normal, prosperous guys. They don’t live there, they stood waiting for a taxi, ”he said.

The shooting occurred on the evening of April 4 in the village of Elatma (Ryazan region). According to the investigation, the man, being on the balcony of his apartment, made a remark with a group of young people who were talking loudly on the street under his windows.
There was a verbal conflict between them, during which a man went out into the porch with a gun and opened fire on four men and a woman. All of them died on the spot.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case, the suspect was detained.
