The Ministry confirmed, on its official page on the social networking site "Twitter", the commitment of all establishments that are compatible with the foreign worker who is at work, to leave the country by following 6 procedures that include "reservation of the worker's travel ticket (return and return) and handing him over to him, determining the length of the leave by signing an attached form An additional temporary for the work contract during the period of applying the precautionary measures due to the new Corona virus, which is available on the smart application and the Ministry's website, the continuation of the contractual relationship between the employer and the worker, considering the early leave unpaid leave while the worker retains the remaining benefits determined according to Q N. labor relations. "
The list of procedures or guarantees also included that early leave ends with the return of the worker and his commencement of work after the end of the precautionary period, and that the residency of workers returning to their countries will be automatically extended in the event that their residency expires while they are outside the state.
