“The Belarusian side has successfully completed the unloading of more than 90 thousand records of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, with respect to whom travel restrictions apply, for placement in the data bank of the Russian Federation,” TASS reports the Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that this work is carried out in the framework of the implementation of intergovernmental agreements between Belarus and Russia on the exchange of information about citizens with respect to whom restrictions on exit apply.

In February, the head of the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Aleksey Begun, said that Minsk and Moscow were testing a new system, which contained a general list of travel abroad.
