At the forty-first news conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic held by the Zhejiang Provincial Government's Information Office on the afternoon of April 3, Chen Feng, deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, reported on the province's resumption of school classes:

(A) The province's high school and junior high school reunification started on April 13.

(2) The other grades of middle school and the fourth to sixth grade of elementary school will start after April 20th, the first to third grades of elementary school will start after April 26th, and kindergarten will start after May 6th depending on the situation. The specific time of these semesters will be determined and announced by the leading groups of epidemic prevention and control in each district and city.

(3) Colleges and universities should be prepared according to the beginning of April, and the specific time will be notified separately.

(4) Teachers and students who are temporarily unable to return to school due to the epidemic situation or other reasons are allowed to defer to return to school. Foreign students and foreign teachers who are still overseas will not return to school for the time being.

(5) All kinds of off-campus training institutions can only resume offline training after the relevant departments have passed the inspection and prevention of epidemic conditions; offline training for elementary and middle school students must not be carried out earlier than one week after the start of all local primary and secondary schools.
