“In the period from September to October 2018, the vice-governor of the Kirov region Andrei Plitko, using official powers ... created an organized criminal group to commit corruption in receiving bribes in the form of money from entrepreneurs in the region,” the statement said.
It is noted that the group has established the receipt of bribes from entrepreneurs and legal entities of the Kirov region for concluding contracts of sale of wood with KOGSAU "Kirovgosleskhoz".
According to the FSB, Plitko was detained while receiving part of the bribe in the amount of 3.4 million rubles. In relation to him, the SU of the IC of Russia in the Kirov region resolves the issue of initiating a criminal case.
