According to him, the first such patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 were already transferred smartphones with a pre-installed special application "Social Monitoring".
“All the data that the user passes to the application is governed by the agreement that the patient signs, choosing treatment at home,” he added.
It is specified that the program will record the fact of leaving the self-isolation address that the user indicated in his profile, and to check the location of a person near the phone, push notifications will be periodically sent to the smartphone requesting additional identification using a photograph.
