The Ministry stated - in a clarification it issued a while ago, of the exception contained in Article Three of Ministerial Resolution No. 281 of 2020 regarding the regulation of remote work in private sector facilities - that it is out of keenness to meet the basic needs and services of the UAE society in light of precautionary measures to limit the spread of a virus Corona newcomer, some activities are excluded from the first article, which is related to reducing the attendance of workers to no more than 30% of workers in the facility, and reducing the proportion of customers to no more than 30% of the capacity, taking into account the need to provide health requirements and means And safety to protect For workers and commitment to other materials in the aforementioned decision and infrastructure projects.

The ministry explained that the list of new excluded activities includes "road and bridge works, water and sewage resources, electricity and communications networks, building and construction sites, construction and contracting companies, engineering consulting, catering companies (including associations and stores selling food commodities), in addition to food industry companies that include manufacturing And the distribution of food.

The list also included the education sector, which includes schools, universities, colleges, institutes, the hospitality sector, and includes hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and energy companies, including oil companies, oil refineries, power plants, gas stations, and the sale and distribution of fuel. The financial sector includes banks, exchange companies, and money transfer companies, the health sector, which includes hospitals and pharmacies And pharmaceutical production factories, clinics and all medical services, companies and factories producing education and cleaning materials, medical equipment and cleaning companies.
