And to the territories, which in addition to desperation for the victims, seem to be annoying for the measures taken, the premier says he understands "perfectly their anger" because "they are experiencing a tragic situation, with anguish and pain for the loss of many human lives "and" I never imagined I would see the list of deaths updated continuously ". And he reflects: "It is one of the most sincerely painful aspects since this war started".


In retracing the stages of the emergency, the Prime Minister reminds us that "on March 6, with the Civil Defense, we decide to impose the red zone on all of Lombardy. On March 7 the decree arrives" and says a bit of controversy that " the Lombardy Region, like all the others, has never been deprived of the possibility of adopting its own orders, even more restrictive, according to the law 833/1978 "and that" moreover Lombardy, when it wanted to introduce more restrictive measures, did so "as well as" also Lazio and Calabria have arranged other red areas ". As for Europe, the premier says that "the wind in Europe is changing" and President Von Der Leyen "has anticipated two other measures that are now being approved by the Commission".
