SMHI went out on Wednesday and warned of very strong winds - ie winds from 21 m / s up to 25 m / s - in Uppland.
On road 558 from Brunsta to Kalkhällen, fallen trees had a very big impact on traffic, according to the Swedish Transport Administration.
Uppsala fire defense has also had to do during the afternoon and evening.
- We have gone on eight alarms, but it is under control, says Tommy Sjölund, interim leader at Uppsala Fire Defense.
Among other things, trees have blown down and several roofs have blown off the roofs.
