75% of them are in Europe ... Corona's deaths exceed 51 thousand and half of humanity in stone

The death toll from the Corona virus in the world rose to more than 51 thousand, about 75% of them in Europe, while infected people exceeded a million around the world, compared to the recovery of 210 thousand, at a time when about half of the human population lives in a stone in homes.

According to statistics prepared by the French Press Agency - quoting official sources - the total deaths recorded around the world reached 51,364 cases, including 37,709 in Europe, the most affected continent.

Italy tops the list of countries with the highest number of deaths with 13,915 cases, followed by Spain with 10 thousand and three cases, then France with 5387, while the United States comes fourth with 5316 cases.

In Italy, injuries exceeded 115,000, after more than five thousand new infections were recorded.

In Britain , 569 new deaths were recorded, bringing the total number of deaths to nearly two thousand, and 4,044 new injuries were announced, bringing the number of injured to more than 33,000.

In Sweden , Al-Jazeera correspondent confirmed the death of 43 people during the past 24 hours, bringing the total deaths to 282, and the authorities announced the registration of 519 new injuries, which brings the injuries to 5466.

Al-Jazeera's correspondent in Norway reported the death toll from the Coronavirus to 42.

For its part, Denmark recorded 19 new deaths in one day, bringing the number to 123 deaths.

And Jerome Salomon, Director-General of Health Affairs in France, announced that 471 deaths had been recorded in the past 24 hours, which brings the total deaths in the country since the beginning of the Corona crisis to 4503 cases.

In the United States , Johns Hopkins University announced that it recorded more than 1,200 deaths from the Corona virus within one day, bringing the total number of deaths in America to 5,116, while the total number of infections reached 215,417.

In Canada , public health agency data Thursday showed that the number of new cases of coronavirus in the country has now exceeded ten thousand, while the number of deaths jumped to 127 - an increase of 21%.

The agency added that the number of injured increased to 10, 132 from 9017 yesterday, which had 105 deaths.

In Spain , 616 new deaths were recorded, exceeding the number of deaths ten thousand, in addition to 6120 new injuries, bringing the number to 110 thousand and 238.

In Belgium , the authorities announced that 1,384 new HIV infections were registered, bringing the total number to 15,348, in addition to 183 new deaths, bringing the number to 1011.

The latest update of the Israeli Ministry of Health indicated a sharp rise in the number of people infected with the Coronavirus after 765 new cases were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of people infected to 6857, including 34 deaths, while 107 cases are described as serious.

Meanwhile, the Israeli authorities are preparing in cooperation with two IDF brigades to evacuate about 4,500 elderly people from the city of Bnei Brak (east of Tel Aviv) stricken by the epidemic of Corona, and transfer them to safe centers to prevent them from contracting the virus.

Iran recorded 124 new deaths, bringing the total number to 3,160, in addition to 2875 new injuries, bringing the total to 50,468.

Local media reported that Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani was infected with the Coruna virus, while the Director General of Roads and Transport Organization in the Iranian capital, Tehran, Reza Nakhban, died of the virus.

In the Arab world , the Saudi Ministry of Health announced the registration of 165 new infections with the Corona virus, bringing the total number of infections to more than 1880, and the authorities imposed a total curfew in the cities of Makkah and Madinah.

The UAE Ministry of Health announced the registration of 210 new infections, bringing the total number of injuries to about 1020.

As for the Egyptian Ministry of Health, it recorded 86 new cases of coronavirus, taking the total to 865, with 201 recovering, and 6 deaths.

In Qatar, the Qatari Ministry of Health announced that 114 new cases of coronavirus were recorded, three deaths from the virus and one cure.

In the Sultanate of Oman, the authorities announced the registration of 21 new cases of the Coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases to about 230 cases compared to one death.

In Algeria, the authorities announced that the total number of deaths from the virus had risen to 63 after five new deaths were recorded.

The Algerian Ministry of Health reported 139 new injuries, bringing the total to 986.

In Iraq, the death of two people with the virus has been announced, raising the number of deaths to 54, 44 new infections have been recorded, and 20 have recovered.
