More intensive care sites are now being created - a challenge to be able to staff

Right now, intensive work is underway at the county's hospital to cope with a peak of coronas infected in the future.

- We will have at least thirteen extra places in Umeå and then Skellefteå and Lycksele will also do similar work. When the redevelopment is complete, the region will have around 50 iva sites, says Johan Thunberg, head of intensive care.

The intensive care centers in Umeå will be ready at the end of the week. According to Johan Thunberg, the big challenge will be to staff all places.
