The procedure is coordinated by the prosecutor Michele Prestipino. The offense being prosecuted is abusive access to the IT system. The Rome prosecutor's office is also evaluating the story of the alleged sabotage at San Camillo where computers from the laboratories for the Covid-19 test were damaged.
