Activity trajectory of 2 newly confirmed imported cases in Chengdu, Sichuan announced

According to the official Weibo news of the Chengdu Health and Health Commission of Sichuan, on March 31, Chengdu added two new confirmed cases of imported new coronary pneumonia. As of 24:00 on March 31, Chengdu had reported a total of 157 confirmed cases, a total of 141 discharged from the hospital, and 3 deaths. There are 13 overseas imported confirmed cases being isolated for treatment in designated hospitals. There are still 509 close contacts (including close contacts of field-confirmed cases managed in Chengdu) who are undergoing medical observation.

2 newly confirmed cases imported abroad

Patient 1: Female, 22 years old, a British student studying abroad, registered in Changde, Hunan. On March 27, we took flight QR008 from London, UK to Doha, Qatar. On March 28, we took flight QR970 to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. On March 30, QD738 flight arrived in Chengdu. At the time of entry, the body temperature was normal and there were no abnormal symptoms. They were transferred to a centralized isolation point for medical observation. Fever occurred on March 31 and was immediately sent to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment. On the same day, the new coronavirus was positive for nucleic acid test. Based on comprehensive epidemiological history, laboratory test results and imaging examination, the diagnosis was confirmed.

Patient 2: Female, 27 years old, a British student studying abroad, registered in Beijing. On March 19, she developed fever with dizziness and general weakness. On March 27, we took Flight QR28 from Manchester, UK to Doha, Qatar. On March 28, we took Flight QR970 to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. On March 30, QD738 flight arrived in Chengdu. At the time of entry, the body temperature was normal and there were no abnormal symptoms. They were transferred to a centralized isolation point for medical observation. On March 31, the newcomer virus was negative for nucleic acid test, serum antibodies were positive for IgM and IgG, and the results of chest CT examination were abnormal, and immediately sent to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment. Comprehensive epidemiological history, laboratory test results, and imaging studies were diagnosed as confirmed cases.

All the above cases were taken directly to the medical institution from the airport or the centralized isolation point by special car, and there is no place to stay in Chengdu.
