The Zhejiang Medical Experts Group in Italy will provide you with Chinese medicine treatment." On March 22, a circle of friends from overseas Chinese in Italy was asked online The medical platform brushed the screen. This platform is also known as the "online cabin hospital".

The "Online Fangcai Hospital" was jointly established by the overseas Chinese delegations in Milan. The Zhejiang aid Italian medical team provided medical services. So far, more than 900 overseas Chinese and overseas students have registered for consultation.

We are not sure about these situations, so I have an idea, can I build a platform to collect symptomatic overseas Chinese and provide them with help. Zhu Jinliang, secretary general of the Overseas Chinese Business Association of Milan.

On the evening of March 20, Zhu Jinliang discussed his ideas with Zhou Jianhuang, the director of the Milan Center for Chinese Aid, and the two immediately hit each other. Then, they invited three computer-savvy second-generation overseas Chinese to design and make a small program called "Online Square Cabin Hospital". After spreading through various overseas Chinese groups and overseas Chinese media, it spread quickly in the circle of friends of overseas Chinese.

"We aggregated everyone's information to the medical team, and 13 medical experts consulted overseas Chinese through WeChat videos and prescribed Chinese medicine." Zhu Jinliang introduced that on the first day of the mini-program's launch, the expert group was busy until three in the morning. Hundreds of Chinese medicines have been produced.

Over the next few days, more and more overseas Chinese registered and consulted online. How can so many medicines be delivered to overseas Chinese quickly? Zhu Jinliang said, "The ones that are relatively close to Milan are driven by some of our overseas Chinese, and there are some disaster-stricken areas that are far away or cannot be accessed by vehicles and can only be sent by courier."

The overseas Chinese groups in Milan collaborated with each other. The office of the Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Milan became a distribution center for medicines in the “online cabin hospital”. "An overseas Chinese in Lodi has been diagnosed. His wife and children are now isolated at home, and there is a lot of psychological pressure. Now they will send them Chinese medicine in the past."

Since the opening of the "Online Cabin Hospital", Li Xiutong has been delivering medicines to Chinese families every day. One family member lives in Como Province, more than 50 kilometers away from Milan. One of them was diagnosed and hospitalized, and the other three were isolated at home. Government officials take it and cannot go out. "I put the medicine in front of his house and brought some living supplies to them in an emergency."

In order to improve the speed of drug distribution, Zhu Jinliang also organized a volunteer convoy. On the 24th, a patient in the severely infected city of Belgum sent a message to the online hospital for help. Young overseas Chinese volunteers immediately drove the medicine.

"The follow-up of these patients and close contacts must also be followed up in real time." Zhu Jinliang introduced that the volunteers added WeChat to each patient, and established a WeChat group chat to understand and count their health status and statistics every day. The effect of medication, there are medical team experts in the WeChat group to guide medication.

"After taking Chinese patent medicine, my cough is much better these days." On March 26, Milanese Li Guangliang (pseudonym) said that he had submitted information with a mentality of trying. As a result, there was an expert video interview that day I received a Chinese medicine that night, "I am a close contact and I was quarantined at home. I was scared. Now I feel more at ease." (End)
