On March 31st, Mexico ’s local time, the Mexico City General Prosecutor ’s Office issued a message announcing the investigation results of a train collision on the Mexico Metro Line 1 in the evening of March 10th local time.

The investigation found that the main cause of the accident was the negligence of train drivers and human error, and the dispatchers of the dispatch center of the subway system were also responsible. The accident killed one subway passenger and injured 41 people.
