"They have submitted an application for a plan message and it is planned to be addressed now in April," says Sanir Muric, the unit manager for detailed planning at the municipality of Norrköping.

The application applies that the company wants to enable the area to be transformed into an archipelago city with a World Culture Museum for nuclear power, nuclear weapons and the Cold War period. In addition, approximately 5,500 homes apply for both permanent and summer housing. The municipality cannot respond to where the company's plans may be realized.

- I can't really answer that. We'll start with this to get ahead. The whole purpose of this is to be able to give an indication of it. What is also interesting is that there are some national interests for nature in the area. It is beach protection and so on. This is the way to look at it, says Sanir Muric.
