At the House of Councilors' settlement committee, Prime Minister Abe and all the ministers will attend and ask questions on the settlement of accounts of the country in FY2018 on the 1st.
In the Q & A session, the ruling and opposition parties will discuss the economic measures against the spread of the new coronavirus, the necessity of an "Emergency Declaration" based on the Special Measures Law, and the issues surrounding "Moriyu Gakuen".
To prevent the transmission of the new coronavirus, the Committee has decided to take measures such as increasing the distance between ministerial and parliamentary seats. The ruling party will not leave the Diet in the future, but wants to pass a supplementary budget for the new fiscal year that incorporates economic measures before the major holidays.
