Europe Return to China and stop using medical supplies

In Europe, where the spread of the new coronavirus is serious, many countries are returning or discontinuing the use of test kits and masks purchased from Chinese companies because they do not meet the standards.

According to the British public broadcaster BBC, etc., in Spain, only 30% of governments were able to accurately identify infected people when they purchased and used a virus test kit from a Chinese company.

As a result, the Spanish government returned about 60,000 purchased test kits, claiming to be significantly below the originally required 80% accuracy. The test kit was purchased by the Spanish government through an agency, which means that Georgia also purchased it.

Also, in the Netherlands, the government rejected 600,000 masks and recalled them because masks imported from China could not be fitted properly or the filters did not work properly.

Recently, the Chinese government has provided test kits and other supplies to countries with severe spread of infections, but this time, all of them were dealt directly with Chinese private companies.

In a press conference on March 30, China Foreign Affairs spokeswoman Hua Chun Ying said, "Some of the goods China received from other countries did not meet the standards, but we believed and respected the goodwill of other countries. And emphasized the idea that it should not be a political issue.
