"The information is often too late," says Gustav Wennerberg, who sees his friends leaving home from their daily activities without understanding why.

He is also critical that much of the information is published in written form, which can sometimes be difficult for functionally varied people to absorb.

But Tobias Lindvall, head of unit at Västervik municipality, believes that the information is both sufficient and accessible, since it is communicated both orally and in writing.

- Those we can't talk to on a daily basis, we help by talking to parents or good men, says Tobias Lindvall.
