She said that on March 29, “a decree was passed, and by virtue of this decree, there are limited cases in which a person can leave his house in self-isolation”.
“And we see that the situation has improved significantly,” TASS quoted Rakov as saying.
Earlier, Moscow authorities announced that since March 30, due to the coronavirus pandemic, a home self-isolation regime is being introduced for all citizens, regardless of age. A similar decision was made in respect of the Moscow region.
