“From 12:00 on March 30, the“ sitting at home ”mode applies to all citizens. Special measures are recommended to be observed in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the Arctic, ”the headquarters said in a Telegram channel.
Exceptions have been made for people who go to work (if they haven’t switched to remote mode), go out for food or medicine, take out the trash, go to the hospital for emergency assistance or walk the animals.
Earlier it became known that in Moscow from March 30, introduced a home mode of self-isolation for all residents of any age.
A similar decision was made in respect of the Moscow region.
