"I share my life with a sick spouse. He has very heavy cancer of the esophagus and stomach. He was operated on ten years ago. He is nervous all the time. I used to go out a lot, get away. Now I have to stay confined. We are each in a room. I avoid approaching her. I may be immune because I move a lot. relationships outside, I was in an association, I saw a lot of people. I don't know if I might contaminate him. I try to avoid him as much as possible.

" I live in my room "

We live together, but that's it. We have no possible approach. I have a room of my own. I live in my room. He lives in the dining room with his TV. I have my TV in my room. Since his operation, he has not eaten like me and he eats every two or three hours. His stomach is reduced, so he cannot eat large meals. We don't eat the same things. He prepares his meals himself. We take turns in the kitchen.

Fortunately that I manage to occupy myself. I read, I draw, I write poems. I try to distract myself as much as possible. I've always had a fairly intense creative activity that keeps me going, because sometimes it's quite complicated. I hope that in May it will be over, because it is long.

I am in the Val d'Oise. I have information around me that makes me shudder. I go shopping once a week, not even. I tried to stock up as much as possible. I still have it for a few days, but I will have to do it again. I make sure not to find myself with too many people at the same time in the stores because I have to keep my distance.

There are people at the cash desks who do not respect the distances. Two or three times, people approached me. I made a sign to them to keep the distance and they took it very badly. Someone said to me 'What does that mean?'. I just want to keep the distance. I am 66 years old, I am also a person at risk. The instructions must be followed. It is not much to follow the instructions that are given. "
