Earlier, the State Duma Committee on State Building and Legislation supported amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses on the introduction of fines for healthy citizens who violated the quarantine regime.

According to the amendments, if a citizen violated the quarantine regime in the face of a threat of the spread of the disease, he faces a fine from 15 thousand to 40 thousand rubles. From an official for a similar violation, from 50 thousand to 150 thousand rubles are collected, from a legal - from 200 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.

For a corresponding violation of the quarantine, if at the same time it caused harm to human health or death, but does not contain signs of crime, the amount of the penalty will be up to 300 thousand rubles for citizens, for officials - up to 500 thousand rubles, for legal entities - up to 1 million rubles.
