The 28-year-old is expecting her first child, and is expected to give birth in just a few days.

How does it feel to give birth to your first child during these times?

- I became extra worried about all the restrictions, Ellenore replies.

There is a prohibition on visits to the Academic Hospital, but during childbirth, partners or another relative may be present and support - if you do not show signs of cold symptoms.

A healthy companion

The restrictions look, among other things, as follows: Neither partner nor other relatives are allowed to attend a regular visit - such as ultrasound. With regard to childbirth, you can bring a person with you in the room as long as he does not show any signs of a cold.

- Our recommendation is to have a companion who is healthy. If the partner is ill, you should not be here, says Masoumeh Rezapour Isfahani, director of operations at the women's hospital at Akademiska hospital.

Now Ellenore Thorslund keeps her thumbs up for everyone involved to stay healthy and chill.

- Cold symptoms can come suddenly and there is nothing you can do about it. It is important to me that my partner is involved because it is our first child and an experience you may only have once in a lifetime.
