Shortly after before another shock occurred in the province of Macerata of magnitude 2.1 at 13.14 (at 7 km depth), with an epicenter at 3 km from Pieve Torina, already severely hit by the 2016 earthquake.

The event was short-lived and was felt distinctly among the population of the municipalities of the coastal strip, between Ancona and Fano (Pesaro-Urbino). There is no damage to things and people.
