The 2,598 polling stations in Bamako will be the best off. Awareness posters, hydroalcoholic gels and masks for staff will be distributed in all centers in the capital. But for the regions, " we have been caught in time, " assumes Amini Belco Maïga, chief of staff to the Minister of Territorial Administration.

Everywhere, distance instructions have been given, namely 1 meter between each voter. " Everything is done to avoid contamination as much as possible, " says the organizing ministry.

If political parties, including those of the opposition, still wish to go to the elections, some, like the Democratic League for Change, denounce " the irresponsible attitude of the government ".

Sunday, March 28, the question will be that of participation. The epidemic could scare voters. A week ago, only a quarter of them had recovered their cards for the capital district.
