“An emergency mode has been announced in Elista today, the decision was made at a meeting of the operational headquarters to prevent the spread of coronavirus at the head of the city administration,” the agency was told.
It is noted that in accordance with the decree of the head of Kalmykia Batu Khasikov in Elista from March 28 all institutions of an entertaining, leisure nature, as well as public catering facilities, are closed. As usual, grocery stores and food markets, pharmacies, emergency medical services, and public transport will operate.
Earlier, the operational headquarters to combat the spread of coronavirus announced 228 detected cases of COVID-19 infection in 26 regions of Russia per day.
