By Tiziana Di Giovannandrea March 19, 2020 All doctors and nurses retired with Quota 100 will be able to work by accumulating their pension with their work to cope with the Coronavirus emergency.

Inps, in application of the Decree of 9 March 2020, illustrated it with a special circular with the operating instructions. The Social Security Institute writes: "With regard to medical and nursing staff, already holders of pension treatment Share 100, to which self-employment assignments have been conferred to deal with the Codid-19 emergency, the provisions relating to the accumulation of pension and self-employed income cannot be applied ".

So go ahead for the hiring of retired doctors and nurses by the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces to face the shortage of staff for the crisis due to the Coronavirus.

The assignments can also be conferred notwithstanding the constraints foreseen by the legislation in force regarding personnel expenses, within the limits of the overall resources indicated by the decree of 9 March 2020.
