The first human experiment to produce a vaccine aimed at protecting against the Corona virus will begin later in the day, Monday in Seattle, USA.

According to the BBC, the US government is funding the experiment, which will start with tests on 45 healthy young volunteers.

Participants in the experiment will receive a variety of doses of a vaccine that does not contain any part of the emerging coronavirus, Covid 19.

The vaccine being tested relies on pushing human cells to produce proteins that may prevent or treat the virus.

In the first stage of the experiment, you will test the dose necessary to mobilize a person's immune system. The tested vaccine is known as "mRNA-1273", and was produced by "Moderna".
