The Criminal Court in Dubai commenced the trial of an Indian employee who killed his girlfriend of the same nationality by stabbing her several times and slaughtering her neck, then he went her body to the Al Muraqabat police station, left her in his car, drove to the center, gave himself to the alternate officer and said to him: "Sir, I killed my girlfriend and her body is in the car in the center's positions, He attributed his crime to his love of the victim and her betrayal of him, and her insistence on refusing to marry him.
A Dubai police officer said in the Public Prosecution investigations that the incident occurred last July when he was at the head of his work in the office of the alternate officer, and the suspect entered his left hand wrapped in a cloth with blood marks and his clothes irregular and he was frightened and confused.
The accused told the officer, "Sir, my friend was killed." The officer asked him to sit down and explain the matter, so he told him that he was with the victim in his car in Bur Dubai, killed her there and brought her body in the car and stopped her in the center's positions.
The officer added that he asked his colleague to keep the accused and then went to the car after he took the key from him, and she was in the running state, and he wore a glove and opened the car door and saw the victim lying on the front passenger seat, which was completely tilted back and had blood marks, and her neck He was relatively carved, and saw a large knife on the back seat, so he closed the door and called in the specialists.
He pointed out that he asked the accused about the details of the crime, and he told him that he had been in love with the victim for a long time, and discovered that she was cheating on him with other men, so he called her on the day of the crime and asked to meet her with a view to finding a solution to the problem of her betrayal of him, and sent to her family letters on the email telling them that he would He goes to see her and tries to find a solution with her, and if he fails to do so, he will kill her, and the accused presented the officer with printed pictures of the letters he sent to the family of the murdered man, and he suffice to guard her, because it was contaminated with blood.
The defendant continued that he bought a knife and put it in the car, and he had a dialogue that lasted for about three hours, in which he told her that he loves her and wants to marry her, but she was responding to him in a provocative way, such as "Go and search for my family in India and address me to them" so he denounced her words because he did not know the address Her family said to him, "Take your father and look for them, and you will not reach a result because they will not accept you as a husband."

In his testimony, the police officers stated that he accompanied the accused to the crime scene, and found the aftermath of four cigarettes he smoked while he was waiting for them, as surveillance cameras showed his standing, the victim’s presence, and her boarding.
