Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, head of the department, emphasized that the initiative comes to embody the directives of the rational leadership within the framework of the procedures followed by the state to prevent the new Corona virus "as a benefit of 19", in order to preserve the safety and health of society, and to support the continuity of work flow and efficiency, as the department mocked Modern technologies, technology and digital systems with international specifications, to enable functional cadres and the development of the work environment, and to apply the vision of the future government of Ajman.
He added: The department has an integrated readiness by providing all available tools and numbered systems that enable the department's employees to work remotely safely and easily around the clock with no service time, quality and distinction affected, to ensure that 111 smart services are provided to customers without referring to the headquarters of the department.
For his part, Director General of the Department, Abd al-Rahman Muhammad al-Nuaimi, noted the importance of optimal application of the remote work system, as the department will benefit from its advanced technical system and its technological readiness with international specifications, to ensure the smoothness of work and the efficiency of procedures.
He continued that this decision came to enhance the series of preventive and precautionary measures that the UAE government is pursuing in order to ensure the safety and health of its human resources and to limit the spread of the new Corona virus, and the department is keen on continuing to provide all its digital services to provide the needs of customers and investors and not to disrupt their interests, and reduce personal visits to centers as possible .
