The man forced himself into cash by threatening and directing a gun staircase to two restaurant employees, whom they deemed genuine.

He must also have pressed the weapon stairs against a witness's neck to make him stay at a cash desk during the robbery.

Prosecutor: "Feared for their lives"

According to the indictment, all three defendants have seriously feared for their lives.

The man refuses a crime and says he kept in a toy gun at a friend's house a few months before the robbery and that his fingerprints then ended up on the gun stairs.

No explanation for why his DNA is found on a cap found along with the gunpowder in a bush cage or why there are traces of his boots in the snow cannot be given by the man.
