[Explanation] As of 00:00 on March 13, a total of 7,979 confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia in South Korea. A call center in Guro district, Seoul caused a collective infection. As of the morning of the day, at least 109 confirmed cases related to the call center, more than 70 patients were located in Seoul, and the rest were distributed in Incheon and Gyeonggi-do.

[Explanation] There are more than 20 floors above and below the office building where the call center is located. The reporter saw in the call center that there was a message posted on the door: floors 1 to 12 were temporarily closed. Cafes and other businessmen are closed. Screening points have also been set up on the first floor, where people can go for virus testing.

[Explanation] A reporter visited and found that there were relatively few people on the street. Due to the spread of the epidemic, many nearby restaurants and shops have been closed.

[Explanation] Because the call center office staff frequently goes out daily to dock with customers, public opinion is concerned that the epidemic has spread in the community. Seoul has designated the area near the call center office building as a "Special Support Area for Infectious Diseases".

[Explanation] Seoul Mayor Park Won-sun said that this is the "largest collective infection" that has occurred in Seoul to date and will do everything possible to curb the spread of the epidemic.
