“The Federation Council received the results of voting in the legislative assemblies of subjects of more than two-thirds of Russia's regions, as provided for in Article 136 of the Constitution of Russia,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

According to Klishas, ​​all the feedback from the regional parliaments on the bill was positive.

The law on the amendment to the Constitution was approved by the Federation Council during a meeting on Wednesday, March 11.

Earlier, URA.RU reported that deputies of the Tyumen Regional Duma supported the draft update of the Constitution of Russia.
