“The court reversed the decision of the Volzhsky district court on the arrest and chose a preventive measure to one of the teenagers to prohibit certain actions,” the court’s press service told TASS.
The detention of teenagers who planned the attack became known on February 26. According to one of them, they intended to kill “about 40 people” from revenge.
According to the FSB, adolescents were members of online communities promoting the ideology of mass killings and suicide.
