Preventing the spread of infection and rebuilding the economy

The Liberal Democratic Party's Moriyama Parliamentary Countermeasures Chair told reporters, "It is most important not to issue a declaration of emergency, but we must be prepared for the worst case. I hope we can get it done as soon as possible.
