The British government announced, on Tuesday night, that the Secretary of State for Health Affairs, Nadine Doris, had contracted the new Coronavirus "Covid-19", to become the first minister in Britain to be infected with the deadly virus.

Doris attended an event on 10 Downing Street last week in the presence of Boris Johnson, and was responsible for part of the anti-virus effort.

"I can confirm that I have been infected with the Corona virus," Doris said in a statement. "Once I was told I took all the recommended precautions and was isolating myself at home."

"Public health in England started looking for detailed contacts, while the department and our parliamentary office closely follow their advice," she added.

And Tuesday, a sixth person died in Britain and the total number of confirmed cases was 382 cases, an increase of 54 over the last day.

The British authorities have come under widespread criticism on social media platforms, after being accused of failing to prevent "Corona" (Covid 19) at airports.

According to the newspaper "The Independent", a number of those who landed in British airports coming from Italy, recently, were surprised not to be subjected to any thermal examination and entered normally despite the state of global alert about the disease.
