The number of participants in the poll, through the three platforms: "Facebook", "Twitter" and "Instagram", exceeded 17 thousand and 500 participants, who voted by majority to support the implementation of the system.

In detail, 89% of the respondents supported, via the newspaper’s account on Facebook, the application of the remote work system, while 11% rejected the application of this system, with a total of 13,800 votes, and through the newspaper’s account on Twitter, 82% supported The decision, against 10% refusal, and 8% of the 1700 voters answered "I don't know."

And through the newspaper's account on "Instagram", about 2000 people participated in the poll, and the result of their vote was 84% ​​support the implementation of the system, and 16% against its implementation.

During the activities of the International Forum on Government Communication, the spokesperson for the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, Saif Juma Al Dhaheri, said that there were efforts begun two weeks ago, in cooperation with institutions to ensure readiness to work remotely, based on developments in the situation, after confirming the readiness of institutions to work on distance. Teleworking plans

A poll conducted by GulfTalent, the region's leading employer website, revealed last week that with the spread of the Corona virus in various parts of the world, a third of corporate managers in the Gulf began planning to direct half of the employees to work from home.

In Saudi Arabia, 30% of companies reported that they plan to work from home, while companies in the Sultanate of Oman recorded the lowest teleworking rate of 18%.
