It was in November last year that a man of his 20s in the district of Brandkärr in Nyköping was sought out in his residence by four masked armed men. According to the judgment, he was forced to follow him down to a car and then travel to an unknown place in the Stockholm area. There he was held in custody until the following day.

The purpose of the abduction was to recover a debt of SEK 19,000. According to the judgment, the man should have been released after SEK 16,000 was collected and transported to the central in Stockholm.

Sentenced to prison

By monitoring two of the men's cell phones, it has been possible to show that they were among the masked and armed men.

Now one, a man aged 20, is sentenced to three years and four months imprisonment for human robbery and also for robbery on another occasion. The other man, even in his 20s, is convicted of human trafficking and drug offenses on another occasion.

The men have denied crime during the trial.
