And the statement continued, "The Information Office of the Presidency of the Republic calls once again for all types of media, its review of everything related to the positions of the President of the Republic, so that the repeated publication of false or fabricated information does not lead to resorting to the laws adopted that foster the approach of false news and the fabricated novel."

The newspaper "An-Nahar" had announced in its issue yesterday that "Judge Ibrahim's action came at the request of, rather, with the insistence of the President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, who wanted to send a strict and harsh message to the banks, and that President Berri had put in the atmosphere of this procedure," in reference to Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri.
